Chippendale Period Giltwood Girondole Pier Mirror
An imposing mid 18th century Chippendale boldly carved giltwood girondole pier mirror. The cresting surmounted by a pagoda rooftop of foliage above steps leading to a mirrored balcony, flanked by square columns and C-scrolls. The shaped outer frame with foliate branches, the girondole candle cups are gilded bronze acanthus leaves, the shaped undermount is centered by a smaller version of the surmount.
