Antique Anglo-Indian Ebony Inkstand, Circa 1830

An outstanding very large Anglo-Indian ebony and inlaid ivory partners inkstand with two heavy crystal inset inkwells with ebony lids and ivory finials, gadrooned edge, unusual carved sphinx corners on delicate feet. The inlaid ivory is rich in flower and foliate designs.
