Antique 19th Century Solid Brass Trivet or Kettle Stand

Fine quality antique heavy brass trivet or kettle stand, the circular top with pierced overlapping scrolls, the apron with C-scrolls, mounted on a bulbous pedestal on tripod cabriole legs. This is beautifully made and has copper rivets where the top is attached to the apron.

Great used as a drinks stand next to a chair or sofa where there isn’t room for a table. This stand is heavy and will not fall over!
