Antique French Gilded Picture Frame

French gilt photo frame decorated with flower heads and foliage in each corner. The borders have fine engine turning. The lining is a blue silk moire.  The stand in the back is adjustable to either vertical or horizontal and has a hook so can be hung on the wall.  It is signed “Le Parfait”.
