Antique Carved Lignum Vitae Bulldog Inkwell, Circa 1860

Lignum vitae inkwell modeled as the head of a bulldog with glass inset eyes and original leather collar.  The head is hinged and opens to reveal brass top which is also hinged to reveal glass ink insert.
