Chinese Blue and White Clobbered Platter

Unusual Chinese octagonal blue and white clobbered small platter decorated with peonies, hawthorn blossoms and branches and birds in blue with partial iron red border and Scottish red and green plaid designs.  This was most likely made for the Scottish market.
