Egyptian Revival Maple Thebes Stool
Very simple design of a Egyptian Revival Thebes maple stool with turned legs and four stretchers, the seat of woven cord. Designed originally by Liberty and Co., London.
Liberty & Co. began producing the Egyptian style stool in the late 19th century out of flexible plywood and continued making them until about 1919.
