English William IV Desk Chair

English William IV crotch mahogany tub-shaped low-back desk armchair with carved splat and arm supports, carved and reeded tapering front legs and splay back legs.  The chair has in it’s time been repaired by a imaginative blacksmith with a fantastic and heavy large metal bracket on the rear legs to insure it never needs to be repaired again.  This adds to the charm and history of this wonderful chair.  Seat upholstered in tan leather with brass nail heads.
