Fine Italian Miniature Walnut Commode

Very fine Italian miniature walnut commode inlaid with specimen woods in geometric designs: the top with mosaic thin bands of boxes and several lines of stringing, the front with a chevron pattern and the sides with diamonds. The three drawers have brass knobs and the secondary wood is pine. The whole is raised on carved shaped feet and retains its original tiny key for the lock.  It has a lovely faded patina.
