French Louis XV style kingwood and gilt metal mounted marquetry bureau plat with molded outline top above three shaped frieze drawers, cross-banding around top and drawers, two pull-out writing slides, raised on square sectioned cabriole legs with ormolu mounts and cast sabots.  Original faded green gilt-tooled inset leather writing surface.
