Large Burning Magnifying Lens on Stand

Antique unusual brass adjustable burning magnifying lens on stand on a weighted base so as to be steady when in use.  With a strong light (the sun) directed at the convex lens and focusing onto a small but super-bright spot on a material, you would be able to heat it up or burn a hole in it.  It is most important to use eye protection when doing this.
