Late Regency Mahogany and Leather Library Armchair

Important late Regency mahogany framed and leather library armchair with high back, outward scrolled arms, down swept carved arm supports above a deep mahogany frieze with carved acanthus leaf blocks, raised on ring turned legs on brass casters.   The chair is upholstered in a luscious soft butter yellow, deep-buttoned leather with brass nail heads all around.
