Maling pink and silver lustre bowl boldly decorated with exotic parrots in pinks, greens and yellows, flowers and foliage, wide borders of silver lustre diaper patterns and bands of pink lustre sponge patterns, each cartouche with the bird in a different position.  Black printed mark underneath of a castle within a circle reads:  Maling, Newcastle-on-Tyne, Made in England
