Antique 19th Century pair of French bergère armchairs with arched back, “fishtail” scrolls, buttoned on the backs and sides, scroll arms, serpentine shaped seat front, raised on ebonized turned front legs, splay back legs, all on casters. These elegant chairs have been stripped down to the original muslin covering and can easily be re-upholstered.
