Pair Imari Style Porcelain Lamps

Pair of porcelain vases mounted as lamps with pleated shades, finely decorated with four shield-shaped panels, the front panels with flowers painted in Imari colors of orange and cobalt blue, pale blue on a white background with gilding. The side panels on a red background centered by a pink chrysanthemum, flanked at the top by hearts and gilding. The lamps are mounted on hand carved and gilded wooden bases.
