Pair of Meiji Period Japanese Cranes
Pair of large Japanese Meiji period cast bronze red-crowned cranes (Tancho) rendered in high relief. There is some loss to the back tail feathers of the tall crane. Cranes are symbols of peace, longevity and fortune.
