Pair of "The King of Diamonds" Brass Candlesticks

Pair cast brass “The King of Diamonds” candlesticks with square base, clipped edges, a large center knop with namesake diamond pattern and concealed steel pushups or ejectors.

These candlesticks were designed to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897, the sixtieth anniversary of her accession to the throne.
