Antique Victorian Oak Extending Dining Table
Antique English Victorian oak extending dining table with four additional leaves. The table extends with the use of the winding crank. The rectangular top is solid with a molded edge and rounded corners above a plain beaded frieze and opens with a steel telescopic action via runners to incorporate from one to four leaves, depending on the number of people to be seated. The table is raised on boldly rope carved and ring turned tapering legs with brass caps and porcelain casters. The table is shown in the photo with three leaves; the fourth is at hand. This 48″ wide table extends from 5′ wide to 12′. Each leaf is 20.25″ wide.
Will also make a great conference table.
